Things to do with Spam

During WW2, the British people were grateful for Spam deliveries from the US, because we were short on meat. Since then, it hasn't faired so well and I suspect most people don't eat it on a regular basis. However, with people stockpiling for Brexit, it may be facing a resurgence.

I did like this article on Spam Hacks from Serious Eats, which is a light-hearted look at things you can do with Spam. Some of them remind us that we'll still be able to die of a self-inflicted coronary after everything has gone to pot, but many of them look quite nice. You'd have to be quite dedicated to make Spam Wellington, I feel.

Assuming, of course, you can get it out of the can, which is - and I speak from experience - not the easiest thing in the world.
