‘The Alternative Kitchen Garden: An A to Z’ was printed without an index.
One or two readers have mentioned that they thought an index would be helpful, and so I have been working on one. You can download it in PDF format here; if you are going to print it out then pick the right version – A4 or US Letter pages – but otherwise the two files are identical.
This is my first ever attempt at creating an index, and you’ll note that it has a ‘last updated’ date at the end. If you find a mistake in the index or an omission, then I hope you will contact me so that I can fix it and upload a new version!
